DoKLEEN 2007
DoALL DoKleen 2007 is designed for removing soils and metal fines from machinery and hard to reach places within the coolant reservoir system. It has been developed for use as an in-process conditioner and can be added directly to the old coolant in the sump on a weekly basis in order to restore the coolant and extend sump life.
Uses:
- Cleaning systems and removing the “rotten egg smell” sometimes associated with contaminated sumps
- Cleans most common metalworking fluid contaminants
- Loosens metal fines and other system debris to help minimize downtime during clean-outs
- Kills bacteria and removes fungus growth to provide a good starting point for longer sump life
- Versatile cleaner can be used as a sump cleaner and regular use as a sump conditioner
- Great at restoring loose emulsions in soluble oil systems that are caused by tramp oil and bacteria growth
